Badger's story began in the mid-1990s when founder Bill Whyte, a carpenter, faced the challenge of split and cracked hands due to the frigid New England winters. In search of a soothing solution, he mixed beeswax and olive oil to create a simple herbal balm that helped his hands tremendously, leading him to share it with everyone he knew - thus, the Badger story was born.

To apply Badger Mineral Sunscreens effectively, it is recommended to warm the product between the hands before applying directly to the skin, rubbing it in to ensure full coverage and reduce any whitening. For optimal protection, reapply at least every 2 hours, and use about a shot glass-full for complete body coverage.
